Glen P. Brovont brings to the commercial brokerage field an in-depth financial awareness from his career as a commercial banker and 30+ years in development, construction and management of land, multifamily, residential and office building investments. In conjunction with other general partners, and later as Senior Vice President with one of the nations largest and most successful private development companies he oversaw and was involved in all phases of numerous luxury apartment communities, subdivisions, office buildings and mixed-use projects. His extreme awareness of project details allows for an understanding of the: construction, financial and legal issues involved in redeployment of an investment to a higher and more profitable use. Education includes a Master of Science in Finance from the Univ. of Arizona. Glen is currently a member of the Treasure Coast Builders Assoc. and the Indian River County Board of Realtors.In the past he has served at both the state and national-level, including Board of Directors, for both the National Apartment Association and Home and Apartment Builders
