This former New York City computer and investment executive grew up in New England, the son and the grandson of major residential developers. With real estate in his blood, Walter became an active REALTOR in the Town of Bedford, Westchester County, NY, in 1995.
 
In 2003, Walter and his wife relocated permanently to Indian River Shores and began immediately to invest in local residential real estate. Walter became a Florida REALTOR in 2005
 
Also known as "Buck", Walter now focuses on helping others to acquire and/or to sell quality residential properties in Vero Beach's barrier-island and waterway communities.
