Pat Mays is a native Floridian and lifelong resident of Indian River County.  She was a paralegal with a Vero Beach law firm for over 20 years and is familiar with all aspects of a real estate transaction.   She has been a Realtor® and Office Manager for Dale Sorensen Real Estate since May of 2001.  She has served on the MLS Committee of the Indian River County Board of Realtors® since 2003.

Pat was a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem, representing abused and neglected children in the court system, for over ten years, and was a director and officer of Guardians for New Futures, Inc., the non-profit corporation established to support Guardians Ad Litem and the children they represent.  She also was the director of a children’s handbell choir for several years and has played in a handbell choir for over ten years.  She was a founding member of the Treasure Coast Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida and served several terms as Secretary and Treasurer of the Chapter.  She has two sons who are both attending college.
